New Features

Storage Unit Overview

Description

The Storage Unit Overview provides a clear, centralized view of all storage units available in your winery. It has been carefully designed to simplify your workflow and make it easy to track and manage the various containers, barrels, tanks, and vessels involved in your winemaking process.

With just a glance, you can view:

  • The name of each storage unit
  • The type and material of the unit
  • The connected Cellar Batch (CBN), including the CBN’s creation date
  • The last recorded volume change (specific to the storage unit, not the CBN)
  • The current volume and capacity of the unit
  • Whether there is an ongoing process active on the unit
  • Other related storage units within the same CBN
  • The location of the unit within the cellar

This overview gives winemakers and cellar managers a more detailed perspective compared to the dashboard or trace batch views, enabling better, faster decision-making.

Design

The Storage Unit Overview is integrated into the wine cellar view (1) and now serves as the default landing page when accessing executed cellar activities.

Quick-access tabs at the top of the page let you easily switch between different views (2).

(3) Overview List

The main view presents a list of all storage units, by default showing only those that are currently in active use.

If you want to see a complete list of all storage units — both active and inactive — you can easily do this by switching the toggle to “off.” Once deactivated, the system will display all storage units that have been digitalized in the system.

(4) Displayed Information

At a glance, you’ll be able to see key details, including:

  • The name of the storage unit
  • The material and location of the unit
  • The last volume change date — note that this date refers specifically to the storage unit, not the associated CBN (Cellar Batch Number)

(5) CBN Details

For each storage unit, you can also check:

  • The name and creation date of the connected CBN
  • The current volume in the unit
  • Any ongoing processes running on the unit
  • Other storage units that belong to the same CBN

Additionally, you can apply a filter to show only storage units with ongoing processes, making it even easier to monitor active work.

(6) Detailed View

For deeper insights and full details, you can access the detailed view of each individual storage unit, giving you a comprehensive understanding of its current status and history.

Important Note

The trace batch overview has been moved. You can now find it as a submenu under the cellar page, right next to the “Storage Unit Overview” tab.

How to Use

The Storage Unit Overview offers a richer and more detailed perspective compared to the dashboard or trace batch views. It is designed to give winemakers and cellar managers a comprehensive look at all storage units, supporting informed decisions and efficient cellar management.

  • Go to the wine cellar view.
  • Use the tabs at the top to access the Storage Unit Overview.
  • Browse or filter through the list to monitor all your storage units.
  • For detailed information, click on the specific unit you want to explore.
  • Export spraylog to CVS

    Description

The Export Spraying Log to CSV feature allows you to export all recorded spraying activities into a structured, clean CSV file. This ensures you can easily fulfill compliance requirements, conduct internal analysis, and maintain robust vineyard records.

The export includes all mandatory fields required by the Belgian government, ensuring your reports are fully aligned with legal standards.

    Design

A dedicated Export to CSV button has been added at the top of the spraying log page. With one click, you can trigger the export.

    Exported Data Includes:

    • Registration number (so you can link related rows belonging to the same treatment)
    • Date of spraying + start and end time
    • Product used + recognition code
    • Bio or non-bio classification
    • Rate and unit of product used
    • Reason for application
    • Application location (vineyard, grape parcel, country, treated area)
    • Operator name + phytolicence number (if provided)
    • Monitoring type performed
    • Any additional notes or comments

Please note: All data in the screenshot is fictitious and used for testing purposes only

    How to Use

Using the export function is simple:

    1. Navigate to the spraying log view.
    2. Click the Export to CSV button.
    3. The system will generate and download the file automatically.

You can open the file in any spreadsheet program (such as Excel or Google Sheets) for further analysis, record-keeping, or sharing with stakeholders.
